Refunds & Returns

We want you to love what you receive from Forevermore. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Window
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we’re unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility

  • Item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming we’ve received it and whether your refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within several business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company (posting can take a few days).
  3. Contact your bank (processing times vary).
    If you’ve completed all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello@edgarandemi.com.

Sale Items
Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange for the same item, please email hello@edgarandemi.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once it’s received. If the gift wasn’t marked as such or was shipped to the giver, we’ll issue a refund to the original purchaser.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
  • For high-value returns, we recommend a trackable service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Shipping & Processing

  • Most orders are processed within 5–7 business days (handmade or limited-edition items may take slightly longer).
  • When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking.

Where we ship

  • United States & Canada: flat rate $10 USD
  • International: flat rate $15 USD

Note for addresses outside the U.S.: Your country’s import duties, taxes, and fees (if any) are collected by the carrier or customs and are the customer’s responsibility.

We collect only the information necessary to process and deliver your orders, and we never sell, rent, or trade your personal data. All transactions are securely processed through encrypted payment gateways, and your information is never stored on our servers beyond what is needed for purchase and support.

Common Questions

When will new collections launch?
New collections appear when the moon creaks open the door — typically once per season. Join the mailing list to be among the first to know when the next door opens.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We can accommodate changes within the first few hours after purchase. Please email hello@edgarandemi.com as soon as possible.
